GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

When applying for funding from Nordic Culture Point (NCP) you must register to get a user profile to NCP's electronic application system. NCP accepts only applications submitted electronically through the designated application forms via your user profile.

1. REGISTRATION

1.1. Applicant type:

As an applicant you must define what applicant type you represent. This means that you need to be defined either as an individual, an organization or a group. The mobility module accepts only individuals as applicants.

1.2. User-ID:

When you register you are asked to give an active e-mail address. This e-mail address will become your User-ID. You will receive all notifications concerning your application to that e-mail address. Check your junk mail box, because in some cases e-mail from NCP can end up there. To avoid this in the future, please accept NCP to your safe senders list.

1.3. Contact person:

Every project must have a contact person. The contact person is responsible for the project in all relations between the applicant and NCP.

The contact person is responsible for example:

                      - budget and other financial issues
                      - for information to NCP concerning changes in the application or in the project
                      - accepting and signing of the contract

1.4. If the applicant is a group:

Name all the group members by adding their information via the registration form. Groups applying for funding from Nordic Culture Point must fill in an authorization. With the authorization the whole group gives their authorization to one of the members in the group to represent them as a group in all contacts with Nordic Cultural Point. The authorization form will be sent as a PDF-file from NCP to the contact person when she/he confirms the registration.

The Contact must get the signature of all the members in the group on the authorization document. The document must then be sent to NCP. The authorization form must be printed, filled in and signed by all group members and then sent to NCP.

2. USING YOUR USER PROFILE

2.1. User profile:

When you have registered a user profile, you are able to log in to NCP’s electronic application system with your user-ID (e-mail address) and password.

Always use the same user-ID when making applications to NCP.

2.2. Lost password:

You can recover a lost password by using the Lost password -function. By e-mail you will receive a temporary password which you can use to log in to your user profile. Change the password at your first log in.

If you do not receive a new password to your e-mail, please check your junk e-mail box.
